Madison Cabe Group, LLC was formed by Managing Director, Matthew J. Horgan, to bring together people who are serious about buying or selling successful businesses. The Firm has targeted what has historically been an undeserved niche, namely business sellers needing the advice and expertise not often found with traditional business brokers, yet are often just below the radar screen of boutique investment banking firms.

With over 25 years of professional experience, including the successful completion of dozens of M & A transactions, Mr. Horgan and Madison Cabe are uniquely qualified to guide the principals through this process.

Prior to forming Madison Cabe, Mr. Horgan was a CPA with Arthur Young & Co. (predecessor to Big 4 Ernst & Young) where for seven years he specialized in audit, tax and entrepreneurial services. Over the next 15 years, Horgan led three companies as President, most notably guiding a $2 million strategic acquisition from $3 million in annual revenues to over $125 million annually over an eleven-year period. A Charlotte, NC resident since 1984, Mr. Horgan is a War Memorial Scholar and graduate of Colgate University, and earned his Masters Degree from New York University's Graduate School of Business Administration.
